Service Description

Beta Program Terms

ScoreWrite is currently in beta testing phase. By participating in our beta program, you understand and agree that:

• Beta access may be terminated at any time without notice
• Your feedback and usage data help improve the platform

User Accounts and Registration

AI Assessment Disclaimer

Our AI assessment service is designed to provide helpful feedback and guidance. However, you understand that:

• AI assessments are automated and may not always be accurate
• Our scores are estimates and may differ from official IELTS scores
• Feedback is for educational purposes and not official IELTS evaluation
• Success in IELTS requires comprehensive preparation beyond our platform
• We do not guarantee improvement in official IELTS scores
• Individual results may vary based on many factors

Privacy and Data Protection

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusions may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScoreWrite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses
• Costs of procurement of substitute services
• Damages resulting from IELTS test performance
• Any claims against you by third parties

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the incident.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ScoreWrite, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

Termination
